Author: Mansour Othman Mansour bin Hassan Empowering women in the healthcare field in light of modern national transformations The government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia continuously cares about advancement, development, and progress, as is evident from the Vision 2030, which aims for active participation between genders in a way that serves this homeland. It also seeks to increase the percentage of Saudi women's participation in the labor market and to provide opportunities for their advancement. Vision 2030 works on empowering Saudi women to fulfill their role in serving the Kingdom, in addition to the serious pursuit of appointing them to positions in various economic, social, political, and other fields. It also emphasizes their assumption of senior positions across different sectors in general, and specifically within the Ministry of Health and its directorates, as well as in various health gatherings, contributing to the progress and prosperity of this homeland. Empowering women is of great importance for the development and progress of nations and peoples, and for their prosperity, advancement, and growth; therefore, the leadership of this dear homeland is keen on ensuring equal opportunities and justice between genders in the country, guaranteeing that every diligent person gets their due effort.
