Author: Muhammad Ibrahim Abbas Brief about the book: The story of Dhu al-Qarnayn and the Seven Mountains. It tells of an adventurer who discovers in the depths of the Arabian Peninsula a great cave inhabited by a rock in the shape of a ship. He boards it, and it flies him from the darkness of the earth to the lights of the sky, in a journey of awareness and transformation. The ship lands on seven great mountains in succession, and he reads on each mountain a surah from the Book of Allah, and extracts from it a name from His beautiful names and a supplication that opens for him a door of mercy and true awareness. At each summit, he learns a number and a secret, until the four elements—earth, water, fire, and air—harmonize within him. Until he reaches the station of Dhu al-Qarnayn between two cliffs and at the confluence of two seas, where a dragon appears to him, and he is carried to his goal, which is the Al-Aqsa Mosque. The door of ascension to the greatest truth, where the journey ends and knowledge begins.
