Social life in the city in the Prophetic era from Al-Sahihain

Author: Abdullah bin Sakat The book addresses social life in the city during the Islamic era of the two Sahihs, as the vocabulary of the book is based on evidence from authentic texts and includes explanations of those hadiths from their sources without excessive elaboration. The study covered areas of social life, manifestations of brotherhood, dealing with members of the community, men, women, and children, customs, and ways of living—residence, food, diseases, treatment, craft, employment, and also ways of living, marriage, types of food, and means of transportation—without discussing jurisprudential or Sharia rulings. The study relied on a method of collection and presentation.
