I believe that including my personal experience as one of the health heroes is considered a source of pride and honor for me, as my daily tasks and responsibilities as part of a team aimed to help the patient care team by providing what they need for disease prevention, and adapting to the changing work conditions during the Corona pandemic, the role of psychological and emotional support among colleagues and family in facing daily challenges and psychological pressures. And I mention in this book the heroic moments during the pandemic.
