Dinar and Dinars / Short stories

Publisher: Arab Outreach Foundation Language: Arabic Summary: Dinar and Dinars A collection of stories by the writer Fahad Al-Musbih, in which he employs elements of irony, imagery, and symbolism. These elements often take shape through artistic images or linguistic irony, and sometimes through carefully chosen words, apart from the intellectual vision accompanying each story, which is based on knowledge of life affairs and drawn from the real life of Arab society. These are matters that concern the Arab reader, stimulate curiosity, and create a desire to read. This is what the writer achieved through references in a number of selected story models, the first of which is the story "King of the Jungle," in which everyone was surprised by his leaving his throne and his decision to enter the city, only to reveal at the end that he wants to include everyone in his kingdom and under his control.
