Course Description:

The SALSO Blended course is a combination of e-learning, in which a student completes Part 1 of the course in a self-directed manner, followed by Part 2 where an authorized SHA SALSO instructor leads a hands-on skills session.

The Saudi Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (SALSO) course is designed for professional healthcare providers who directly care for obstetric patients in various settings and may be required to respond to maternal emergencies.

Part One; the online portion of SALSO can vary depending on the student’s level of Knowledge and experience.

The Part 2; hands-on session for Hybrid SALSO will take approximately 8 hours with breaks depending on class size.
