Product description
Otrivin for children, nasal drops, relieve allergies, to treat respiratory disorders - 10 ml
Generic name: Xylometazoline 0.05% nasal drops
Category: Otrivin for children nasal drops allergy and cold medicines
Mechanism of action: Xylometazoline works directly on alpha-adrenergic receptors in the blood vessels of the nasal mucosa, leading to vasoconstriction and reduced blood flow. Xylometazoline is used as a decongestant to relieve nasal congestion caused by allergies or colds. It causes the blood vessels in the nasal passages to contract (vasoconstriction). The narrowing of blood vessels helps reduce nasal congestion by preventing fluid leakage from blood vessels into the nasal passages.
