Follow-up milk from six months old to one year old fortified with the Octajard system which consists of nucleotides, probiotics, zinc, selenium, DHA, and ARA. The mother should wash her hands well as well as the cup and any other tools before preparing the meal. Boil clean water for 5 minutes then let it cool to (40˚ C). Pour 21 amount of water - as specified according to the feeding schedule - after cooling it in the cup, add the measured amount of powder - as per the feeding schedule. Wipe the scoop with the back of a clean knife to make the level of powdered milk even with the scoop. Mix the contents of the cup well. Add the remaining amount of water then mix lightly. Check the temperature by placing a few drops of milk on your wrist before feeding (37˚ C).
