Product description

Product name Rinovid, relieves cold and allergy - 30 tablets Scientific name Tripepralidine tablets 2.5 mg + Pseudoephedrine 60 mg Category Rinovid tablets allergy and cold medicines Mechanism of action Tripepralidine and Pseudoephedrine There are H1 receptors in the respiratory system, blood vessels, and digestive system. Tripepralidine has anticholinergic and sedative effects. Tripepralidine binds to the H1 histamine receptor, preventing the action of internal histamine, leading subsequently to temporary relief of the negative symptoms caused by histamine. Pseudoephedrine is an adrenergic agonist with a mixed mechanism of action, direct and indirect. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant used to reduce nasal congestion caused by allergies or colds. Pseudoephedrine causes vasoconstriction in the nasal passages (vasoconstrictor). Vasoconstriction reduces nasal congestion by preventing fluid drainage from blood vessels into the nasal passages.
