Avalon Avocum 0.05% Nasal Spray 120 ml: Mometasone 0.05% Nasal Spray. Mometasone works by reducing inflammatory responses associated with asthma, allergic rhinitis, nasal polyps, and skin diseases responsive to corticosteroids, where it prevents the action of inflammatory cells. Product uses: It is sprayed into the nose to help relieve symptoms that may occur with hay fever or other allergies throughout the year, including nasal congestion, discharge, cough, and sneezing. Your doctor may also prescribe this medication to help prevent these symptoms two to four weeks before the pollen season begins.
