How to use Saline Plus nasal spray 30ml: completely safe and natural, with no side effects for adults and children aged two years and older: 1 or 2 sprays in each nostril 4 to 6 times daily. For children under two years: one spray in each nostril 3 times daily. Dosages can be changed in special circumstances, so always follow your doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions.
