Product description 50 years ago, Ignasio the father bought 120 thousand square meters to invest in coffee cultivation and processing, and after hard, exhausting, and continuous work, the area of the coffee farms he owns increased to more than one and a half million square meters (170 hectares). Ignasio believed that the effort spent in producing specialty coffee would increase people's appreciation and acceptance of coffee, and therefore he established his own laboratory to understand the proper and clear methods of coffee processing and to make the appropriate effort to continue producing coffee with unique and distinctive hints. The workers on these farms pick and harvest only ripe, defect-free cherry beans to ensure offering a unique and distinguished specialty coffee to customers.
