Directions

Mix 2 x 1 serving powder (2 x 12.5g = 2 x 3/4 scoops) with 2 x 200ml cold water in a shaker bottle. Slightly carbonated bottle cap, open when mixing every 5 seconds to avoid accidental pressure build-up! Take 1 serving 30 minutes before training and 1 serving during training
