Guerlain tester, essential oud

The Oud Essence perfume by Guerlain was released in 2017. It is a woody and leather fragrance for men and women. Oud Essence perfume, meaning the perfect or original oud, is the third perfume in the Orient’D Absolus collection by Guerlain, designed to satisfy the taste and requirements of the Middle Eastern audience. It started with the Royal Santal perfume in 2014, followed by Eternel Ambre in 2016. Oud Essence perfume was created by Guerlain perfume expert Thierry Wasser, who was inspired by the rare and precious oud wood. The perfume is a majestic celebration of this ingredient, revealing its true strength and sensory impact. Thierry Wasser describes the perfume as luxurious, seductive, and charismatic, combining delicacy, joy, and intensity, and also blending the East and West. Oud Essence perfume consists of leather notes represented by saffron and leather accord with floral notes of Bulgarian rose and geranium, also called pink geranium, along with oud woods, cedar, and Giyak, in addition to the mysterious Eastern atmosphere of frankincense incense.
