Juan Lopez has been working on coffee farms since he was twelve years old. Initially, he bought one hectare to grow and harvest coffee, and gradually expanded the surrounding fields of his coffee farm. Sixteen years ago, he started working in his small mill, and since 2017, he has been working with CoopeAgri, selling and exporting his coffee around the world. Currently, his small mill is managed by all family members, his son and wife, and during the harvest season, he employs 18 people as pickers. Juan Lopez loves coffee and enjoys all work related to production, and at 72 years old, he still has the strength to continue giving his best for many years to come.
