أهداف الدورة:

• فهم مفهوم إنشاء واستكشاف استرواح الصفاق بطريقتي هاسون وفيريس.
• فهم مفهوم الكي الكهربائي.
• فهم عام للإجراءات الجراحية الشائعة (استئصال الزائدة الدودية واستئصال المرارة).
• تدريب عملي على إدخال المنافذ بالمنظار.
• تدريب عملي على إغلاق المنافذ واستخدام أداة إندو-كلوز.
• تدريب عملي على القطع والتوجيه ووضع المشابك والإمساك بالأجسام ومناورتها بالمنظار.
• تدريب عملي على الخياطة بالمنظار.
• تدريب عملي على استئصال الزائدة الدودية باستخدام إندو-لوب.

Fundamentals of Laparoscopy Course

A training course in the Fundamentals of Laparoscopy, combining theoretical instruction with hands-on practical training.

Course Objectives

1. Understand the principles of establishing and assessing pneumoperitoneum using the Hasson and Veress techniques.
2. Understand the principles of electrocautery.
3. Gain a general understanding of common laparoscopic surgical procedures (appendectomy and cholecystectomy).
4. Gain hands-on experience in laparoscopic port insertion.
5. Practice laparoscopic port closure techniques and the use of the Endo Close device.
6. Practice laparoscopic cutting, instrument orientation, clip application, and object grasping and manipulation.
7. Practice laparoscopic suturing techniques.
8. Practice laparoscopic appendectomy using an Endoloop.
