Product description

A Colombian Infused coffee featuring red grape, strawberry, and lavender notes with high fruity sweetness.

A symphony of strawberry and lavender.. in a refreshing cup.

The "Vimto" crop presents a unique Colombian experience that relies on the "Infused" technique to compose exceptional flavors in a precise manner. The Bourbon variety beans, grown at an altitude of 1750 meters, shine with a set of sensory notes combining red grape, strawberry, and red berry, dancing with an elegant aromatic touch of lavender.

Thanks to the "medium" roast level, this coffee retains high fruity sweetness and a medium body that allows flavors to flow, supported by a light to medium acidity that adds a sense of refreshment.

At Ninth Bar, backed by over 15 years of experience serving more than 3 million cups of specialty coffee from our Jeddah roastery, we selected this crop to be the optimal choice for fans of V60 filter brewing, where there is ample room to discover the delicate floral character and dense fruity refreshment.

Flavor Experience:

The sip opens with the refreshment of red berry and grape, centered around the sweetness of fresh strawberry, elevated by an elegant intertwining with the floral aroma of lavender, and settling in the end with high fruity sweetness in a medium, balanced body.

  • Grind: Medium.
  • Water Temp: 90 to 92°C.
  • Note: It is recommended to slightly adjust the grind size according to preferred taste to control the emergence of the lavender floral aroma versus the fruity acidity.

FAQ

1- What distinguishes the "Infused" technique in Femto coffee?

It is a processing technique where natural flavors (like strawberry and lavender) are added in a precise manner to interact with Bourbon beans, creating a complex fruity and floral cup.

2- Is the lavender flavor natural in this coffee?

Yes, lavender is an aromatic note resulting from the interaction of the Infused technique with the variety, not an artificial flavor added to the final cup.

3- Why is it recommended to brew this coffee using V60 only?

Because drip (filter) brewing is the most suitable for highlighting the light to medium acidity and delicate fruity-floral notes in a clean, pure way.

4- What is the "Bourbon" variety?

It is one of the finest Arabica coffee varieties in the world, known for its flavor complexity and high natural sweetness, widely grown in Colombia.
