Model features: The holes throughout the Dotyk cone area help the freshly roasted coffee to release gas (carbon dioxide) quickly and evenly, improving extraction. Also, thanks to its unique shape, water passes through the coffee without delay. Does not need to be heated: The ceramic cone does not require heating because the sharp shape of the edges reduces contact between the paper filter and the device, so the Dotyk cone does not absorb heat and leaves it inside the coffee. Air contact: Thanks to the holes, the Dotyk cone quickly loses its temperature, slowing the release of unpleasant substances in the final stage of the brewing process.
