Usage

• Recipe: 1000 G of mix, 250 G of eggs, 350 G of vegetable oil and 350 G of water.
• Pour the egg, water and vegetable oil into a mixing bowl, then add the mix to the liquids.
• Beat with a flat beater for 2 minutes at low speed, then scrape the mixing bowl.
• Beat for 6 minutes at medium speed.
• Add fruits, nuts or chocolate chips as desired.
• Deposit the batter into baking cups.
• For 35 to 50 G cupcakes: bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 170 to 190°C, depending on oven type.
