How to Use

• Hot drink (240 ml): add 1 scoop (1/4 cup or 40 g) to 210 ml of hot water, milk or coffee. Stir to dissolve.
• Blended drink (480 ml): pour 150 ml of chilled coffee, milk or water, 2 scoops (1/2 cup or 80 g) and 180 g of ice into a blender. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
