Usage

• Recipe: 250 G of mix (2 cups), 375 G of long life or fresh milk (1½ cups) and 35 G of melted butter or vegetable oil (4 teaspoons).
• Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
• Beat with a hand whisk or flat beater for 1 minute at low speed, then 3 minutes at medium speed.
• Preheat and grease the crepe plate.
• Pour the desired batter onto the hot plate and spread it in a circular movement.
• Cook each side until fully cooked.
