The GPB Series Dough Sheeter is engineered with a painted steel structure to deliver high-precision performance for bakeries and pastry shops. It features a high-precision dough thickness regulation via a graded handle and safety guards complying with EEC standards. Equipped with easily removable upper and lower scrapers, variable direction conveyor belts controlled by a joystick (or optional foot pedal), and a built-in rotation delay system to prevent inner mechanical tears.
