Rotary Endodontic File

Rotary File هو ملف دوّار يُستخدم في علاج جذور الأسنان لتنظيف وتوسيع وتشكيل القنوات الجذرية. يعمل مع جهاز الـ Endodontic Rotary Motor ويدور داخل القناة بسرعة وعزم دوران محددين حسب نظام الملف، مما يساعد الدكتور على تشكيل القناة بشكل منتظم وتجهيزها للحشو.

Rotary File is a rotary instrument used in endodontic treatment to clean, enlarge, and shape root canals. It is used with an endodontic rotary motor and rotates inside the canal at a specific speed and torque according to the file system, helping the dentist create a properly shaped canal for obturation.

طريقة الاستخدام بالتفصيل:

تحديد الـ Working Length: يقوم الدكتور أولًا بتحديد الـ Working Length باستخدام الـ Apex Locator و/أو الأشعة، ثم يتأكد من أن القناة يمكن استكشافها بشكل مناسب.

اختيار الـ Rotary File: يختار الدكتور نظام وحجم الـ Rotary File المناسبين حسب حجم القناة وشكلها والحالة السريرية.

تجهيز جهاز الـ Rotary Motor: يتم ضبط سرعة الدوران والـ Torque وفقًا لتعليمات الشركة المصنعة لنظام الـ Rotary File المستخدم.

التأكد من مسار القناة: قبل استخدام الملفات الدوارة، يتم عادةً إنشاء Glide Path باستخدام ملفات يدوية صغيرة مثل K-File، مما يساعد على تقليل خطر انحشار الملف داخل القناة.

إدخال الملف: يتم إدخال الـ Rotary File داخل القناة برفق دون استخدام قوة، مع التأكد من أن الملف لا يتجاوز الـ Working Length المحدد.

تشغيل الملف: يقوم الدكتور بتشغيل الـ Rotary Motor مع استخدام حركة خفيفة ومتحكم بها، ويجنب الضغط المستمر على الملف.

تنظيف الملف والقناة: بعد كل استخدام أو حسب نظام الملفات، يتم إخراج الملف وتنظيفه من الـ Debris، كما يتم ري القناة باستخدام Irrigating Solution للمساعدة في إزالة بقايا الأنسجة والـ Debris.

التدرج في أحجام الملفات: يستخدم الدكتور الملفات بالتسلسل المحدد من قبل الشركة المصنعة، بحيث يتم توسيع وتشكيل القناة تدريجيًا بدلًا من استخدام ملف كبير مباشرة.

فحص القناة: أثناء التحضير، يتأكد الدكتور من بقاء الـ Working Length ومن عدم حدوث انسداد أو تغيير غير مرغوب في مسار القناة.

إكمال التحضير: يستمر الدكتور في استخدام نظام الملفات حتى يصل إلى الشكل والحجم المناسبين للقناة، ثم يتم غسل القناة وتجفيفها وتحضيرها لمرحلة الـ Obturation باستخدام Gutta-Percha.

يساعد الـ Rotary File الدكتور على تنظيف وتشكيل القنوات الجذرية بسرعة وكفاءة أكبر مقارنةً بالتحضير اليدوي وحده. كما يساعد على إنشاء شكل منتظم للقناة، مما يسهل عملية الري والتنظيف ثم حشو القناة بشكل مناسب. ويجب استخدامه وفق نظام الملف وإعدادات السرعة والـ Torque الموصى بها لتقليل خطر كسر الملف أو حدوث أخطاء في تحضير القناة.

Determine the working length: The dentist first determines the working length using an apex locator and/or radiographs and confirms that the canal can be safely negotiated.

Establish the canal path: Before using rotary files, a glide path is usually established with small hand files such as a K-File. This helps reduce the risk of file binding and separation.

Insert the file: Gently introduce the rotary file into the canal without forcing it, ensuring that it does not extend beyond the established working length.

Activate the file: Operate the rotary motor using light, controlled movements and avoid applying continuous excessive pressure.

Clean the file and canal: Remove the file regularly or according to the specific file system, clean off debris, and irrigate the canal with an appropriate irrigating solution to help remove tissue and debris.

Progress through the file sequence: Use the files in the sequence recommended by the manufacturer, gradually enlarging and shaping the canal rather than immediately using a large file.

Check the canal: Throughout preparation, confirm the working length and check that the canal remains patent and that no unwanted changes in the canal path have occurred.

Complete the preparation: Continue using the recommended file sequence until the desired canal shape and size are achieved. The canal is then irrigated, dried, and prepared for obturation with Gutta-Percha.
