🎮 What changes on your controller

• D-pad and action buttons: mouse-like click on every version, with 0.3 mm response on the BDM-040/050/060 kit
• L1 and R1: 0.5 mm press on the BDM-030/040/050/060 kits, 1 mm on the BDM-010/020 kit
• L2 and R2: micro switch that cuts travel from 7 mm stock to 2 mm on the BDM-030/040/050/060 kits, and to 1.2 mm on the BDM-010/020 kit
• Unchanged: Create, Options, touchpad, L3/R3 and the sticks

🎯 Light or strong? The difference is in L2/R2

• Light: a lighter, faster trigger at about 1.0 N on the BDM-040/050/060 kit
• Strong: a firmer trigger that cuts accidental presses, at about 1.3 N on the BDM-040/050/060 kit (+10 SAR)
• The D-pad, action buttons and L1/R1 are identical in both versions.

🔍 How to find your board version

• Each version has its own kit: BDM-040, 050 and 060 use the full V2 kit, BDM-030 has a dedicated kit, and BDM-010 and 020 use the face-button kit plus the trigger kit. Pick your version in the options and we ship the matching kit.
• Method one: pry off the R1 button with a thin plastic tool; if the spring is on the left your board is BDM-020, and if it is on the right it is BDM-030 to BDM-060, so use method two to get the exact number.
• Method two (most accurate): open the controller and read the number printed on the mainboard, for example BDM-040.
• If you are sending your controller and do not know its version, choose "I don't know, check it for me" and we identify it before installing, or message us on WhatsApp before ordering.

⚠️ Important notes

• After the mod, L2/R2 always give a full press, so the analog trigger range in racing games is lost.
• We recommend turning off "Trigger Effect Intensity" in the console settings before shooters.
• According to eXtremeRate, the BDM-040/050/060 kit does not fit the Chroma Teal and Icon Blue special editions because their shoulder-button design is different.
• Installation requires opening the controller.
• The mod may void the controller's original warranty.
• The controller is not included.
