Constructed from 1mm steel with all-round folded edges and curled hose reel edges for safe handling, the cabinet is finished in red polyester resin texture paint for durability and easy identification. The hose reel assembly is hydrostatically tested to 35 bar to check for leaks, and the complete unit is manufactured under high-level quality control standards. The cabinet features a right-hand door leaf, flush-mounted and hinged to the doorframe with a full 180° opening, along with a bright chrome-plated recessed door lock. It comes equipped with a red, 1-inch diameter, 30-meter long, double-layer synthetic textile fibre reinforced rubber hose (test pressure 35 bar, burst pressure 60 bar), a 1.5-inch brass valve inlet with hose adaptor, and a 1-inch steel nozzle.
