The upper is made of genuine breathable, water-resistant leather (the same material as BASE). It features a traditional steel toe cap withstanding impact up to 200 Joules — not composite as on RAPID, CROSS, and EROS, but steel as on BASE and VANGUARD. It relies on a double-density PU injection moulded sole resistant to heat up to 130°C, with both heat and cold insulation, and an antibacterial, sanitized, antistatic insole. It comes with a full one-year warranty against manufacturing defects (matching BASE's warranty duration). Available in black, and in the widest European size range among all six Zecchin models: 36 to 48 (equivalent to UK 3 to 13) — even wider than RAPID's range (38-48). Certified to the European CE EN ISO 20345:2022 standard with an "S2 HI CI SR" class — the simplest protection class among all six Zecchin models documented in this library (no P letter for puncture resistance, no FO for fuel, no L for metal absence, and no ESD). Most importantly: this is the first Zecchin family model explicitly stated as "Made In Italy" with the Italian flag logo, and its manufacturing is stated with the phrase "Manufactured By" (instead of "Marketed By" used on the other five models, which are manufactured in India).
