Product description

Overview

  • The STARKING SKL-330 is a wall-mounted rechargeable twin-spot emergency luminaire designed to provide light during power failures. It carries two round LED lamp heads of 2.5W each, mounted on adjustable polished metal brackets so each beam can be aimed at an exit, a stairway or a work area. A Li-ion 3.7V 6Ah battery powers the lamps for up to 12 hours with one lamp switched on, or up to 6 hours with both lamps on, which lets the user stretch the backup time during long outages. The unit runs on 220V~50/60Hz mains and charges automatically, reaching full charge in 12 hours. A green LED shows that AC power is connected and a red LED shows charging, so maintenance staff can check the unit at a glance, and separate LEFT and RIGHT ON/OFF switches control each lamp independently. The dark grey housing measures 270 x 100 x 300 mm (L x W x H), and the unit is made in Taiwan. Available through Al-Najma Al-Wataniyah with guaranteed quality and fast delivery across Riyadh, Dammam, and all KSA regions.

Size & Color Table

Documentation & Standards

  • The SKL-330 is a self-contained emergency luminaire: the battery, charger and lamps are built into one unit, so it needs only a mains supply and keeps working when that supply fails. Its automatic charging, charge indicator and independent lamp switches make routine checks simple for facility teams. For buildings and projects in the Kingdom, emergency lighting is specified against the Saudi Building Code and the international standards listed below, and Al-Najma Al-Wataniyah supports clients with the product documents their consultants require.
  • Additional reference standards for the Saudi market
  • SBC 801 (Saudi Fire Code) — sets the requirements for means-of-egress illumination and emergency power for exit routes in buildings.
  • IEC 60598-2-22 — the international standard for luminaires for emergency lighting, covering self-contained units such as twin-spot lights.
  • EN 1838 / ISO 30061 — application standards that define the illuminance and duration expected from emergency escape lighting.
  • IEC 62133-2 — safety requirements for portable lithium-ion cells and batteries, relevant to the built-in Li-ion battery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: How long does the STARKING SKL-330 stay lit during a power cut?

  • Up to 12 hours with one lamp switched on, or up to 6 hours with both lamps on, from a fully charged Li-ion 3.7V 6Ah battery. Switching one lamp off doubles the backup time during long outages.

Q2: Does it charge by itself?

  • Yes. Keep the unit plugged into a 220V socket and it charges automatically. A full charge takes 12 hours, so charge it fully after installation and after every long outage.

Q3: What do the green and red lights mean?

  • The green LED shows that mains AC power is connected. The red LED shows that the battery is charging.

Q4: Can I use only one of the two lamps?

  • Yes. The LEFT and RIGHT switches turn each lamp on or off independently, so you can light one area or both, and each head can be aimed using its adjustable bracket.

Q5: Do you deliver across Saudi Arabia?

  • Yes. Al-Najma Al-Wataniyah delivers to Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah, Jubail, Yanbu and all regions of the Kingdom, with project supply available for contractors and facilities.
