Product description
Overview
- The Forte Safety N6503 is a palm coated work glove built on a 15-gauge nylon/spandex knitted shell. The fine knit and the stretch of the spandex follow the shape of the hand closely, giving the dexterity needed to pick up small parts and handle tools without taking the glove off. The palm and fingertips carry a UniqFlex micro foam coating with a textured finish that gives a superior grip in dry, wet and light oily conditions, while the uncoated back of the hand lets air through and keeps hands comfortable over long shifts. The coating offers outstanding abrasion resistance, rated level 4 for abrasion under EN 388:2016, and the glove also holds contact heat performance level 1 under EN 407:2020. The coating is free from solvent, which makes it skin friendly and environmentally friendly. A knitted wrist cuff holds the glove securely in place. The N6503 comes with a purple shell and a black coating in sizes 8, 9 and 10, packed 120 pairs per carton. Available through Al-Najma Al-Wataniyah with guaranteed quality and fast delivery across Riyadh, Dammam, and all KSA regions.

Documentation & Standards
- The N6503 carries two European glove performance ratings and the CE conformity mark. Under EN 388:2016 for mechanical risks it is rated 4121X: level 4 for abrasion resistance, level 1 for blade cut resistance (coup test), level 2 for tear resistance and level 1 for puncture resistance, with the ISO 13997 cut test marked X. Under EN 407:2020 for thermal risks it is rated X1XXXX, which is contact heat performance level 1, tested at 100°C. The CE mark shows the glove is placed on the market as personal protective equipment under the European PPE framework. In practice, these ratings describe a long-wearing grip glove whose strongest performance is abrasion resistance, suited to general handling and to brief contact with warm parts.

Industrial Applications
- B2B Sectors — Detailed Engineering Use Case
| Sector / Application | Engineering Use Case Details |
| Automotive assembly & maintenance | Handling bolts, clips and small components on assembly lines and in workshops. The textured micro foam coating holds its grip on light oily parts, and the stretch 15G shell keeps the fingertip feel needed for fastening work. |
| Light engineering & machine shops | Handling machined parts, fixtures and hand tools, where level 4 abrasion resistance supports long wear under repeated handling of rough surfaces. |
| Warehousing & logistics | Order picking, packing and carton handling over long shifts. The close fit and breathable uncoated back reduce hand fatigue, and the textured palm grips wrapped or damp packaging. |
| Oil & gas and petrochemical maintenance | General maintenance around pumps, valves and fittings carrying a light oil film, where a secure hold on tools and components matters. |
| Construction & MEP installation | Installation and fit-out work — fixings, fittings and handling of materials — where dexterity and abrasion resistance are needed together. |
| Plastics & manufacturing lines | Handling moulded parts and components that are still warm, within contact heat performance level 1 under EN 407:2020 (100°C). |

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Is the N6503 a cut-resistant glove?
- Its EN 388:2016 rating is 4121X, with level 1 for blade cut resistance. The glove is designed for abrasion resistance (level 4) and grip. For sharp sheet metal, glass or blades, choose a glove from our cut-resistant range.
Q2: Does the glove grip on oily parts?
- Yes, in light oily conditions. The textured micro foam coating grips on dry, wet and light oily surfaces. The back of the hand is left uncoated for breathability, so the glove is made for handling parts, not for dipping the hands into oil or other liquids.
Q3: What does the EN 407:2020 rating X1XXXX mean?
- The "1" is contact heat performance level 1, tested at 100°C. The X marks show that the other thermal properties were not tested. The glove suits brief handling of warm parts; for welding, open flame or hot work, choose dedicated heat-resistant gloves.
Q4: What does a solvent-free coating mean for the wearer?
- The coating is produced without solvent, which makes it skin friendly and environmentally friendly. Together with the breathable back and stretch shell, it supports comfortable wear across full shifts.
Q5: Do you deliver across Saudi Arabia?
- Yes. Al-Najma Al-Wataniyah delivers to Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah, Jubail, Yanbu and all KSA regions, with carton and project supply available.
