Overview
- The BLITZ Super Jet Nozzle is a professional fire hose nozzle with constant selectable flow settings, made of extruded aluminium alloy with a hard-anodized finish providing excellent resistance to corrosion and abrasive wear, with a body that is both lightweight and durable. It features a spinning teeth ring producing a protective water curtain that cools and protects the firefighter from radiant heat while approaching the fire. It relies on a ball valve-operated flow control lever providing effective flow regulation and shut-off, alongside a flush function allowing debris to be cleared from the nozzle without needing to fully close it. Specially designed to provide low back pressure, reducing strain on the pumping system. The spray pattern can be adjusted from a focused straight stream to dense fog. The pistol-shaped grip is made of anti-slip rubber-moulded material. The nozzle is available with an inlet in 1½ and 2.5 inch sizes with BSP/NH (female, swivel) threads, and also available with NST (female) threads in 1½ and 2½ inch sizes — providing compatibility flexibility with different coupling systems depending on the locally adopted standard. Selectable flow settings: for the 1.5-inch nozzle: 175, 225, 360, 475 LPM at 100 PSI pressure; for the 2.5-inch nozzle: 175, 225, 360, 475, 950 LPM at the same pressure. Manufactured in China.
