How to use: • Take the strip out of the bag, fold the strip to open it and separate at the cuts before use. • After washing your face, moisten your nose well so the strip will not stick to dry skin. • Dry your hands and peel off the plastic cover from the strip. Place it on the nose area, smooth the sides onto the nose, and press to ensure it adheres well to the skin. • Let it dry for about 5 to 15 minutes until you feel it has become stiff like cardboard. • Remove it slowly and carefully starting from the edges, pulling towards the center of the nose.
