Mr. Han-Hwang Suk-Young

The novel deals with the story of the fall of a man as a result of the division of his country, and his cruel separation from his family, to become a social classifier, an exile from the north, a suspect in the south, and an outcast everywhere. In the meantime, he talks about the cruelty of an era steeped in madness that pushes people to dead ends. Hence the poignant beauty of this character, which has become symbolic.
