We are now standing at the gates of a third industrial revolution. The digital revolution. It enters a new space in which children and young people, in particular, need the utmost care and attention to protect their innocence. Children and young adults are facing a stage that is most exposed to the negatives of the Internet. It is natural for them to feel curious and want to explore. They are old enough to deal efficiently with technology. And sometimes they're smarter than we think, but they're not mature enough to understand the dangers of being on the air, and most importantly, they don't understand the consequences of dealing with that environment. Cyberspace involves contact with some dangerous people, and they are often watched. The Internet as a playground for adults has often been compared to the American Wild West, and as a playground for children it is an inappropriate domain for their innocence.
