Note: The images shown here illustrate its features and appearance after cultivation and care, and providing all its needs as shown in the plant description. 🌸 Nerium oleander plant The oleander (also called Daffliya) is an ornamental shrub known for the beauty of its flowers, but at the same time it is a highly toxic plant. 🌿 Shape and characteristics Evergreen shrub Its leaves are long and thin, resembling olive leaves Its flowers are beautiful and come in various colors: pink 🌸 white 🤍 red ❤️ It tolerates heat and drought, so it is often planted in streets and gardens. ⚠️ Toxicity (most important point) All parts of the oleander are very toxic: leaves, flowers, sap (milk), even the smoke produced from burning. They contain substances that affect the heart (similar to some cardiac medications), and may cause: nausea and vomiting, irregular heartbeat, severe poisoning that can lead to death (in serious cases). 🚫 Important: It is not used for traditional medicine and should not be eaten in any way. 🌱 Uses It is only cultivated for decoration in: gardens, streets, fences. 🌍 Distribution areas Mediterranean basin regions, Arabian Gulf, warm areas around the world. 👀 Note Despite its beauty, caution should be taken especially with: children, pets.
