Easing the cleaning of trays after cooking. Sometimes used between burger patties or pastries when freezing. Important: Can withstand oven heat often up to 220–230°C (depending on the type). Not used directly on fire. Different from wax paper; wax paper is not suitable for the oven because it may melt or burn.
