A story and poetry book combining prose, human expression, and literary vocabulary.
The book was introduced by the well-known Saudi writer and author, Mr. Fahad Amer Al-Ahmadi, the writer of the last page in Al-Riyadh newspaper.
"What comes out of the heart honestly enters the heart without permission.
And when that happens, no one stops to review the rules of poetry or the standards of Sharia or what is imposed by books of literature.
Personally, I am not a fan of prose and beautiful words, but it is also difficult for me to ignore what stirs the emotions and touches the depths of the heart.
When my daughter Ithar offered me to present this book, I almost apologized, if not for her good opinion of me.
And when I started reading the initial manuscript of the book, I found myself stuck between sweet, graceful words... and ideas that flow like short stories.
They do not have painful endings...
Encrypted thoughts and memories that need decoding and reading more than once.
Sometimes, they don’t need that, as you sail between concise words and graceful rhythms, like her saying:
Don’t think I am joyful...
By God, I have not killed anyone with my love before you...
My pulse is ink... and my life is paper...
Let enemies gather what they have divided.
You may be at the beginning of the road, but it is certain that it is the right path that she will establish tomorrow in her own special style.
Honestly, I don’t know how she will classify this book...
I don’t know if she will consider it a kind of prose, poetry, thoughts, or just words with rhythm.
What I simply know is that what comes out of the heart... enters the heart without permission."
