The Abu Darham family used to think that the story of "Kanz Saziran" was just like any other tales and legends that Abu Darham used to tell them and their friends about that Ottoman traveler known as "Saziran," who traveled around the world with his group. He was known for his love of collecting antiques and treasures, and the house they lived in was owned by that traveler when he passed through Qatar during one of his journeys. Until that day when the family, by chance, found a torn paper roll on one of the walls of the house, seemingly from a bygone era. When Abu Darham slowly opened it, fearing it might tear, there was a written text at the bottom of the roll in a strange script and Ottoman calligraphy, meaning: "When spring arrives, the drops of flowers fall, to remove and illuminate what is beneath."
At that moment, Abu Darham's suspicion about the treasure was confirmed in his mind; he then said to his wife and son: "I think it’s a puzzle, written by someone for something. I believe it’s the map of the 'Saziran Treasure' I told you about before. But where is the map?"
Exciting events await us, and adventures full of dangers, undertaken by more than one party, in search of the great Saziran treasures—antique artifacts, large statues, and gold pieces collected from different parts of the world. They are more precious than to be owned by one or two people. We will learn a lot about them in a story from that ancient time, full of adventure and transformations in time and place. It has been written in a modern narrative style that seems to belong to this era, making it worthy of reading among many other literary works.
