Banco Goutiti Cooperative was established in 2012, representing a community collaboration. Here, about 300 family farms work together to cultivate Ethiopian heirloom coffee varieties. These small farmers handpick the ripe cherries with great care, ensuring only the best beans reach your cup. Banco Goutiti uses the dried processing method. Coffee cherries are placed on raised beds to dry under the Ethiopian sun. This precise process takes up to 20 days, allowing the beans to absorb fruity flavors, resulting in a complex and rich cup.
