This study aims to gather issues related to arbitration, both from its substantive perspective, which is the contract or agreement, and from its procedural perspective, which is the arbitration dispute. The book is divided into two chapters (the first) on arbitration agreement, and (the second) on arbitration dispute, with an introductory chapter discussing the meaning and nature of arbitration.
