This study explores the jurisprudential legal "Zakat Legislation: Jurisprudential and Legal Study of the State's Authority in Organizing Zakat" the role of the state in organizing the rulings of Zakat, clarifying the importance of Zakat as one of the pillars of Islam, as well as this study defining Zakat and its ruling, in addition to the legitimacy of the state's intervention in organizing it, and also the study focused on the role of the regulatory and judicial authority in collecting Zakat and managing its funds, reviewing legislative experiences in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the aim of enriching the legal and jurisprudential understanding of the rulings of Zakat and enhancing its effectiveness in society.
