Protection of industrial property rights, a foundational comparative study by Dr. Fayez bin Hassan Qaisi

A scientific study reveals everything related to the legal protection of industrial property rights; so that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other countries can benefit from its results. And for this purpose, this study raised several questions in favor of the industrial rights holder, including: What is meant by this protection? And what legal procedures ensure the person protection of his industrial right that he produced? And when does his national right in that expire? And is there another way to obtain this right if it expires?
