The research dealt with a recent financing method that has not reached the Islamic world until recently, although it appeared in the mid-20th century in the United States of America, then moved to Europe. This financing method has been adopted by some of the largest global companies; such as Microsoft, Apple, Hotmail, Facebook, and others. The funded projects are characterized by bold capital—often—by rapid growth, and achieving high profits compared to others, with also high risks involved. This research was distinguished by being full of jurisprudential issues, and the criterion in the issues contained within it: those related to venture capital financing. The researcher limited the forms of financing, its issues, and conditions, and traced them back to their roots, then clarified the disagreement among the four Sunni madhabs on them, mentioning the evidence for each, with the researcher favoring what he sees as closer to the truth; so that this book becomes a jurisprudential reference for funding entities and researchers in issues of this financial industry.
