Commercial papers have become very important in people's lives, as they provide significant economic services and greatly facilitate transactions between people, especially among traders. Therefore, they help spread and expand trade, as they are a means of payment without the need to transfer money from one place to another. They are also a tool for fulfillment that the creditor accepts with confidence in the guarantee of his right, and a trust instrument that guarantees the holder to obtain cash regardless of its amount as soon as he acquires it. Hence, this subject needs to have its rulings and issues clarified in Islamic law in detail.
