A new funnel in the world of coffee preparation

Designed in a geometric shape resembling a rectangular pyramid, it features spiral ribs for water and coffee to pass through, and ends at the bottom with two small holes for coffee extraction. The goal of this unique design and extraction method is to allow for the same coffee experience and recipe to be replicated every time you brew your delicious coffee. While coffee connoisseurs welcome the standardization of this brewing process, the Pegasus is aimed at beginners in filter coffee brewing. Hario created this funnel to facilitate the brewing process, adding volumetric markings for different ground coffee levels on the side of the funnel, a stable base that sits comfortably on top of cups and serving utensils, and a "small hole" to allow a clear view of the coffee flow. Pegasus filters deliver a pure cup of coffee, free of coffee oils and sediment, and the filters are also biodegradable and environmentally friendly.
