Once the salt or sugar stops dissolving, it will remain in crystalline form and work as a great exfoliant. • Fragrance - The foaming bath butter is incredibly strong, and can accept an aromatic load of up to 5% of essential oils or fragrant oils. Consumer applications indicate a preference for a load of 2 to 3%. • Butters and other bases - Try adding shea butter, mango butter, or cocoa butter; the foaming bath butter will also accept small amounts of creams, lotions, and other moisturizers! Warning: The volume of the foaming bath butter will double when whipped with a mixer or hand blender. However, it can collapse if whipped more than twice its original size. Under no circumstances should this product be poured at temperatures above 122°F (50°C); 118°F is the preferred temperature. At temperatures below 113°F (45°C), the product solidifies.
