Suitable for all skin types. The water-based serum provides 2% hyaluronic acid + B5 for immediate hydration to give the skin softness, smoothness, and a healthy appearance. The lightweight formula works to renew the skin's moisture levels with long-lasting results, helping the skin retain moisture to rejuvenate dry and dehydrated skin. 2% hyaluronic acid + B5 also enhances skin suppleness and elasticity, while reducing the appearance of fine dry lines. This formula contains 5 forms of hyaluronic acid, which help provide hydration to multiple layers of the skin surface. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring humectant in the skin that binds water. The included forms include low, medium, and high molecular weight molecules, a cross-linked hyaluronic acid polymer, and hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid. The formula also contains ceramide to help maintain moisture within the skin. Ceramides are lipids (fatty molecules) naturally present in the skin that support the skin barrier to keep the skin protected and hydrated. The ceramides used in this formula are known as sphingolipids. Provitamin B5 helps support the formation of key skin barrier components such as ceramides and fatty acids, also aiding in moisture retention within the skin, keeping it hydrated for longer.
