Why was it called "Al-Khissa"? The reason goes back to a very rare printing error in the initial editions of this paper, where the word written at the bottom of the paper said: "Khasa Riyalat" instead of "Khamsa Riyalat". This was the result of the letter "m" falling from the word "Khamsa" during printing, or unclear printing of the letter, so the word appeared as "Khisah" instead of "Khamsa". What happened after discovering the error? • The error was corrected in the subsequent editions of the paper. • But the edition containing this error became very rare and loved by currency collectors. • It became popularly known as "Al-Khissa".
