In the Alabadil Mountains where the fog touches the agricultural terraces, and coffee grows at elevations embraced by the warm Jazan sun, the story begins inside each coffee bean. Usually, two beans form, but sometimes a natural mutation occurs! So only one bean develops. This is the Peaberry Typica variety that carried the nourishment of two, giving us a higher concentration of flavor, clearer sweetness, and a balance that reflects the purity of the land where it was grown.
