We present to you Gedu Ethiopian, from the Hirlom lineage and processed in the natural way, from Sidama region and specifically from Gedu soil located within Yirga Cheffe area. This coffee is cultivated by a group of local farmers who pick the cherries by hand with great care, then sun-dried to preserve its rich fruity character. Gedu offers a blend of sweet vanilla flavors, chocolate depth, and tropical touches of mango, providing an enjoyable and detailed experience. Gedu coffee received a score of 87 according to the SCA standard, confirming its quality and the excellence of its natural flavors.
