It comes from Banco Guti cooperative. This exceptional coffee comes from the Qidyo region, a region famous for its ideal farming conditions that produce some of the finest and most delicious coffee beans in the world. Banco Guti cooperative was established in 2012, representing a community collaboration. Here, about 300 family farms cooperate to cultivate Ethiopian heirloom coffee varieties. These small farmers carefully handpick the ripe cherries, ensuring only the best beans reach your cup. Banco Guti uses the dried processing method. Coffee cherries are placed on raised beds to dry under Ethiopian sunlight. This delicate process takes up to 20 days, allowing the beans to absorb fruity flavors, resulting in a complex and flavor-rich cup. This harvest is known for producing a refreshing and bright cup of coffee. The dried processing method highlights a delicious sweetness and perfect balance with a pure, clean acidity.
