Product description
On the slopes of Colombian Antioquia, at an altitude ranging between 1600 and 1900 meters, castillo trees grow in an ideal environment that gives the coffee beans their unique character. Under the supervision of professional farmers, the cherries are carefully selected to ensure the highest quality levels. These beans undergo a honey anaerobic processing, where they ferment in an oxygen-free environment before drying with part of the fruit pulp, enhancing the complexity and depth of flavors. A bright fruity coffee, with high sweetness, and flavors of passion fruit and mango, offering an unforgettable rich experience with every sip.
